Termination

If you are terminating your virtual office and mail services, please read the following:

Filing of a change of address form is forbidden per USPS regulation for Commercial Mail Receiving Agencies. Upon termination of your membership, Thinkspace may not return mail addressed to you to the sender for a period of 6-months, per United States Postal Service Private Mail Box regulation. You may provide a written request to Thinkspace to dispose of all mail and packages addressed to or received on your behalf during the 6-month period. If no such notice is received, Thinkspace will hold any mail and allow for one (1) instance of pick-up or mail forward on or before the conclusion of the 6-month period, at your full expense. If payment for final forwarding instance is not received, or if no instruction is received, Thinkspace may dispose of any remaining mail and packages at the end of the 6-month period. Thereafter, Thinkspace will “return to sender” any mail or packages, or dispose of anything that cannot be returned per USPS or other carrier. Thinkspace shall not hold any further mail or packages unless you rejoin at then-current rates.
