This position focuses on the intersection between people and technology by combining operations, marketing, and finance to create an impactful customer experience. This position will focus on implementing bold moves and measuring those changes to ensure they are effective. Once determined to be effective, this position will ensure staff is delivering consistency in its implementation. This position will support the CEO and manage multiple locations in the Seattle area.

• Minimum of five years of experience in personnel management including hiring, supervision, and benefits administration
