Ranging from 1-12 person, all our offices come with adjustable desks to work in comfort. Change the tint of your windows throughout the day using the ViewGlass app to suit your needs and enjoy the flexibility of using the common spaces when you need to stretch out.
DEDICATED DESKS

Choose an assigned desk in a secure and privately shared office. This is a great option for startups, small companies, and freelancers.
HOT DESKS
$300/mo
An option with flexible seating in all our open areas, you can choose between full-time and drop in availability to suit the needs of you and your company.
Virtual Office

Take advantage of our location and take your next meeting on the water. The Lake Union Building’s floating dock is a perfect respite and the launch location to take out one of our stand-up paddleboards.

Every floor has its own space stocked with a business-class printer, office supplies, and paper shredder.
Inexpensive Parking
Paid parking is available (via app or credit card) on the top level of the side/south lot, or the spaces in front of the building. The west parking lot in front of the building is considerably less expensive at $1.50 per hour throughout most of the day and free after 4pm (app: PayToPark). The south side lot can be paid for through the impark app, or hourly at the rates shown below. There is limited free parking along 8th Ave N.
