Prolific author and nationally recognized, award-winning blogger, Matt Heinz is President and Founder of Heinz Marketing with 20 years of marketing, business development and sales experience from a variety of organizations and industries.

Sheena McKinney

Executive Assistant, Heinz Marketing

Her 30+ years’ Admin experience spans a diverse set of industries. She thrives on utilizing both natural and honed people and project management skills and specializes in company culture and event planning. Efficiency and tech are among her favorite things.

Leslie Hall

CAP, OM, Amazon, Executive Assistant

Leslie has worked as an administrative professional for 25+ years with roles at businesses of all sizes and types: from a small engineering office to city government to a mid-size tech to Microsoft. She is currently supports a VP in Supply Chain at Amazon and is the Pacific Northwest Region Director of IAAP (International Association of Administrative Professionals).

Heather Smith

Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Senior Assistant

Heather Smith, Senior Assistant, Information Technology supports the Chief Information Officer and the IT Leadership team at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. In addition to this role, Heather is the Chair of the Women Connect Employee Resource Group and member of International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP).

Lynanne Lewis

Executive Assistant, CFO at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation

Lynanne has supported C-suite executives for over 20 years. She is currently Executive Assistant to the CFO at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. At the foundation for the past ten years, she has supported the CAO, COO and now CFO. Prior, Lynanne was in the corporate sector as EA at Washington Mutual and Honeywell Aerospace.

Jess Stipe

Executive Assistant, Moz

Jess joyfully assists Sarah Bird, CEO of Moz. During her 6+ years as Executive Assistant she has supported two CEOs, a startup founder, and several C-suite executives. While her primary activity is to keep the flywheel of the CEO’s calendar perpetually in motion, her responsibilities across the organization are varied. Jess assists in Moz’s strategic planning processes to set company goals and organize workflow. She corrales live staff presentations from start to finish.

Nicci Herron

Executive Assistant, Rover.com

Nicci currently provides support for the CTO at Rover.com. She has eight years of experience as an executive assistant, where she’s supported CEOs, a founder and several C-suite executives in various industries in Seattle and the San Jose, CA. She loves working with creative minds and the feeling of crossing something off a list.
