PETER CHEE, FOUNDER
As a boy, creating miniature cities out of piles of LEGO’s was one of my favorite things to do! My enthusiasm for creating new and exciting things only grew as I got older and eventually transferred over to my career. Whether it was creating database applications for massive media companies such as ESPN and Disney, building multi-million dollar real-estate projects, or launching and growing thinkspace, I have always been enthusiastic about the process involved in starting something unique. By combining my passion for technology and my ambition to create something both productive and sustainable, the idea of thinkspace came to life. And, though, I am now building LEGO cities with my three boys, I get to go to work every day and be inspired by the community and energy inside thinkspace to keep on creating.

ALYSSA MAGNOTTI, COMMUNITY MANAGER

Alyssa has experience in many professional environments and uses her communication skills and her creative way of thinking to solve or help solve problems each day. She is the Community Manager at thinkspace, where she organizes thinkspace community events and keeps up on all of the company’s social media and marketing outlets. ANGIE THAIN, BUSINESS SERVICES DIRECTOR
Angie Thain has over five years of business administration work experience, which started while in the Air Force. When not flying onboard the E3 AWACS, she earned an Information Systems degree from the Community College of the Air Force and utilized that after her enlistment with a local start-up IT company. She loved the fast-paced world of a start-up and ‘wearing multiple hats’; she enjoyed everything from bookkeeping to bug testing software. Angie likes to spend her free time playing volleyball and being outdoors- especially hiking, snowboarding and plant and animal photography; her love of animals has enabled her to be a foster home and place over 30 dogs for local rescues.

MARY BENZ, LEASING & SALES DIRECTOR
Mary Benz reaches out to small businesses and entrepreneurs who want to experience a unique working environment past the four walls of a typical office. Her ease of meeting people, listening to their needs and finding the best office solutions for them has brought techies, CPA’s, attorneys, financial advisors, psychologists and others together under one roof. Her passion for customer service, site operations and a hands-on management style stems from a childhood watching her parents design, build, own, & manage an apartment community concept that was new in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area. A strong desire for adventure, trying new things, leading and helping others be the best they can be resonates in her sales work as well as involvement in charity.
